Warren Workout

Located in the heart of beautiful Warren at 12 Cornwall Rd., Warren Workout by Kyle Crocker Fitness is a private boutique gym designed for individuals who value quality, privacy, and a more intentional training experience.

Opening July 2026, Warren Workout offers a limited-membership model beginning with only 20 Founding Members, creating an uncrowded and focused environment unlike commercial gyms. Conveniently located in the Warren Town Center and within approximately 20 minutes of both Litchfield and New Milford, the facility provides a modern, reservation-based training experience built around comfort, efficiency, and performance.

Owned, operated, and personally designed by 12+ year specialist personal trainer Kyle Crocker, the gym features high-quality functional training and cardio equipment selected to support real-world strength, conditioning, athleticism, mobility, and longevity. Warren Workout intentionally does not offer traditional strength machines, allowing for a cleaner, more versatile training environment centered around purposeful movement.

To preserve the private atmosphere, only two members may reserve workout time simultaneously. Members will receive a personal key fob granting secure access up to five minutes before their scheduled reservation time, creating a streamlined self-serve experience with minimal interruption and maximum privacy.

The facility also includes premium amenities designed to elevate the member experience, including:

• Private shower access

• Luxury shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

• Complimentary bath towels

• Hand/workout towels provided during reserved sessions

Specialized private personal training through Kyle Crocker Fitness is available for individuals seeking expert coaching, accountability, and customized programming. Massage therapy services will also be offered at the facility in the near future.

​

Beyond fitness, Warren Workout is positioned within one of Connecticut’s most charming small-town centers. Members can enjoy food from Warren General Store, browse apparel at WKND, or stop by Town Center Wine & Spirits after their session.
